You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are under the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, you may need permission from a parent or guardian.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation.
• Infringe on the intellectual property or privacy rights of others.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

Some features require a paid subscription. Payments are processed by Stripe. Subscription fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except where required by law or at our discretion. You may cancel your subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period.

6. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of the files you upload and the extracted content generated from them. We do not claim ownership of your data. You grant us a limited license to process, store, and display your content solely to provide and improve the Service.

GridFiller and its branding, code, and design are owned by GridFiller or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute them without permission.

7. Service Availability

We aim to keep the Service available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, outages, and changes may occur. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GridFiller and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100 if you did not pay.

AI extraction is not guaranteed to be 100% accurate. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all extracted data before using it for decisions, reporting, or compliance.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GridFiller and its operators from claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these terms.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms or harm the Service. You may terminate your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends, and we may delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where GridFiller operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
